How long your photos stay online

Each plan includes a retention period for photos. Beyond it, an event's photos may be deleted to free up storage space.
The process is deliberately cautious:
- You get a warning email before any deletion.
- A grace period opens, during which nothing is deleted.
- Deletion only happens after that.
What you should do: always keep your originals on your side. SHAREFT is a delivery tool, not an archiving or backup solution.
Good to know: your guests lose access to deleted photos. Tell them the deadline when you share.
