How long the photos stay accessible

The retention period comes from the plan of the account that owns the event. Before anything is deleted, a warning email goes out, followed by a grace period.
What you should do
- Ask your photographer exactly how long, and have it written on your quote.
- Tell your guests when you send the link: "photos available until …". It noticeably lifts the collection rate.
- Keep your own copy of the files that matter.
