The application is hosted by Railway. Photographs and files are stored on Cloudflare R2. The database, authentication and background jobs run on Supabase. Facial recognition runs on Amazon Web Services in Ireland. The full list of providers, what each one handles and where it hosts, is on the sub-processors page.

Article 27 of the GDPR requires a controller established outside the Union to designate a representative there when it offers services to people in the Union. Ours: ⚠️ À COMPLÉTER.

The site, its interface, its texts and its trademarks belong to the publisher. Photographs uploaded by a photographer remain that photographer's property: we host and process them to deliver the service, and claim no right over them.

We would rather settle a disagreement by writing to us first, at the legal address above. If that fails, the applicable law and competent courts are those stated in our terms of use.
