Who needs an account: you or your photographer?
Updated July 23, 2026
| Setup | Who creates the account | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| The photographer manages everything | The photographer | You have nothing to do. But you rely on them for how long the photos stay online and for the statistics. |
| You manage it | You | You control the branding, how long photos stay up, and the statistics. You pay for the plan or the pack. The photographer sends you their files, or you invite them as a collaborator. |
| Mixed setup | You are the owner, the photographer is a collaborator | The easiest option for a corporate event: the photographer uploads their photos directly, and you stay in control. |
The mixed setup needs a pack bought for the event (see A-20).
Tip: settle this before the event. You can't move an event from one account to another after the fact.
