The page isn't working

The QR code won't open. Type the 6-character code by hand on the home page.

The camera won't open for the selfie. Your browser needs permission to use it. Allow it in your settings, or pick a photo already saved in your gallery, which works just as well.

The search fails or takes ages. Your connection is probably slow. Move closer to a better signal and try again. A very large photo takes longer to send.

You see a "link expired" message. That's normal after 15 minutes. Just take a selfie again.

The download won't start on mobile. Some browsers block multiple downloads. Use the "Download all" button or a selection, and you'll get a single archive file, which browsers accept.

A security check appears. A tick-the-box, anti-robot step protects searches. It's automatic most of the time, and if it gets stuck, reload the page.

If nothing works, contact the photographer or the organizer. They can send your photos to you directly.
