Payment history and PDF receipts

Your billing area lists your payments with their real status:
- Paid: the payment is confirmed, and a PDF receipt is ready.
- Pending: the provider's confirmation hasn't arrived yet.
- Failed: the payment didn't go through.
The PDF receipt is generated on demand and carries your billing details, so fill those in under settings before your first payment if you want them to show up.
Each line shows the payment method used, for example "Orange Money".
