Organize folders and split up the work

Folders let you split an event into sections ("Ceremony", "Cocktail", "Party") and hand each one to a collaborator.
How to do it
- Create your folders from the event page.
- Assign one or more folders to each collaborator using the chips on the collaborators card.
- The collaborator picks their folder when uploading. If they only have one, it's selected automatically.
A collaborator can't upload anything outside the folders you assigned. It's locked on the server, not just hidden in the interface. Remove an assignment and their access goes away straight away.
Good to know: folders live inside your workspace. Your guests never see them. They land on one gallery, and selfie search covers the whole event.
