Tracking how photos are collected

The statistics area shows how many photos have been downloaded, how many full archives people took, and how that splits by event.

It's the clearest sign of how well your setup worked, and the number to keep handy if you have to justify the budget next year.

How to read the numbers: at an event of 200 people, a good setup sees a solid share of collections within 72 hours of the announcement going out. A very low number nearly always points to a distribution problem (QR badly placed, announcement never sent), rarely a product one.

Good to know: guests who turn down audience measurement aren't counted, so the real number is a little higher than what's shown.
