Getting all the photos

If the event is in open gallery or mixed mode, anyone (you included) can download every photo as a single archive from the gallery.
If the event is selfie search only, no one can grab the whole set, and that's exactly the point. Each guest gets only their own photos.
To get the whole set anyway, ask the photographer who runs the event either to switch it to mixed mode or to send you the originals directly. Settle this when you agree on the quote, not after.
Warning: handing over an event's files is between you and your photographer, not a platform setting.
