A photo stays stuck on "processing"

Analyzing a large batch takes time: across several hundred photos, a few minutes is normal.
What's not normal: a photo still stuck on "processing" after you reload the page and wait about ten minutes, while the rest of the batch is done.
What you can do
- Reload the event page. The status shown can lag behind what's really happening.
- Re-upload that photo.
- If it stays stuck, or if a whole batch is affected, contact support with the event name and when you uploaded.
