Delete your account

You can ask for deletion from Settings, right at the bottom. It is final: nothing can bring it back.
Before you start
- Archive any album still online. While an album is published, deletion is refused — guests may be looking for their photos right now.
- Request a transfer of your balance. Once the account is gone, it can no longer be claimed.
- Wait for any transfer request already under way to be settled.
What goes, what stays

Invoices are kept because accounting requires it. They no longer carry your name or contact details.
